1. Decide what Goal / Dream you want to see come alive !

It can for example be:

• Speak Spanish
• Learn to cook a special dish
• Exercise 3 times a week
• Build your own home

Or anything that you have on your mind!

2. Sign up for the Service !

3. The first Introduction Call
(around 10 min)

During this call do I get to know you a little bit and what you want to achieve. We also go through shortly about expectations and suggested strategy etc.

You also set an action step for the week ! This is where the amazing things happen !

4. The Action Calls
(3 calls x 5 min – one per week)

These calls are like the engine in the service. It makes the things keep going. During these calls will we take up how it is going, what you are thinking about and Action Steps for the week to come. Plus a big dose of encouragement ! These calls will help you to move forward !

5. The Finish: The Feedback – Talk

This is the finish of the service. This is where we summarise the month – how it has been going, good and less good. What you think about the future etc.

The goal is for you to be up and running on your own. You are free to book another lap of the service but I as a coach have succeed if you feel strong enough to keep going on your own ! That is the goal – to find momentum for the dreams you have !

THE PRICE: You decide the price after finished service
